About the role: 

As one of Serrala Group's Principal Project Manager, manage complete life cycle of large and international projects with focus for NA clients, including initializing, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing. Financial Software implementation at companies in various business areas. 

 

Your Day to Day:

  • Manage project team of consultants, cloud support, and developers.• Identify opportunities at existing accounts.
  • Set up new (complex) projects, manage customer invoicing and payment issues.
  • Assignment of resources and tasks, monitoring and checking in with team members on projects by reviewing their work, supporting them by answering questions, and solving issues they may encounter.
  • Documentation and communication of progress, gaps, errors, and issues (internal and external) towards various stakeholders.
  • Maintain project plan, to-do list, risk and issue matrix, issue tracker, and communicate frequent stakeholder updates.
  • Monitoring times booked against project and keeping project budget in balance.
  • Consulting potential customers by defining options, solutions, and approaches.
  • Support of Sales cycle and creation of SOW (statement of work) for new projects.
  • Working with customers on software implementation projects over the entire project life cycle.
  • Software configuration and implementation based on SAP standard functionalities and Serrala in-house product functionalities.
  • Role will focus on customers with a huge North American footprint

What makes you excel in this position: 

  • Bachelor's degree: or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field and five (5) years post-baccalaureate, five (5) years progressive experience as a (Senior) Project Manager, Management Analyst, or a related role.
  • Experience with: SAP-FI module, including Global Cash Application, Accounts payable and Accounts receivable; General ledger, Electronic Bank Statement and Lockbox configuration, EDI, SAP Payment Advice; House Bank setup (FI12), Lockbox configuration (OBAX and OBAY), and BTE (Business Transaction Event) settings (FIBF); Bank data processing of international formats, such as MT940, BAI, BAI2, camt-xml as well as regional formats like Boleto, Tito, DTAUS, and Multicash; multi-year project management (complex projects) and budget planning including risk analysis, risk- and issue tracking and mitigation; requirement matrix, and gap analysis; and Full end-to-end process of SAP addon software AutoBank Automatic cash application for electronic bank statement. Lockbox.
  • Experience: in working and managing teams across different time zones
  • Communication: Fluent Business English
