Position overview:

Responsible for ensuring the product lifecycle is executed with quality and alignment from ideation via development to maintenance:

• Safeguarding the established structure for the product lifecycle is followed, any exceptions are documented.
•  For either Product or Engineering, ensure each step of the product development process is executed with clarity, quality and traceability

Your Day to Day: 

• Facilitates Jira Product Discovery as the single source of truth for all product ideas, including, but not limitied to the 3yr and 1yr roadmaps, connections to delviery progress and GTM plans
• Works with product managers, product owners, engineering leads, developers and testers to support each lifecycle stage across products
• Works with all levels and teams to ensure compliance to the exit and entry criteria between the product development process steps
• Facilitates continuous improvement in the lifecycle workflows by identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for greater efficiency
• Supports Serrala's approach to provide either collabioration or data for stratic goals, and metrics areas for realised value, unrealised value, time to market or ability to innovate
• Facilates traceability and quality of product decisions from ideation via development to maintenance
• Monitor and report on key lifecycle metrics, (e.g, lead time, cycle time, flow, backlog health
•  Contribute to a culture of structred thinking, documentation and feedback loops within product and engineering teams
• Train and support teams in best practices for Jira Product Discovery and related tools

What makes you excel in this position:

• Solid understanding of Atlassian products Jira Product Discovery, Jira software and confluence
• Experience in Process Engineering, preferrable in the finance and banking domain- 3yrs+ in a similar role, ideally in a software or SaaS company
• Solid understanding of change management
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills- Solid understanding of situational leadership
• Experienced in working with distributed teams and virtual communication
• Able to work effectively across teams and levels, from engineers to executives
• Comfortable facilitating workshops, managing documentation, and reporting on metrics
