Customer Value Manager (Accounts Payable) 

 

Your tasks:

  • Drive Value: You work directly with our customers to understand their level of software adoption and success and help them drive significant value from using Serrala Products
  • Customer Centric: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and objectives to ensure that Serrala Solutions are properly leveraged
  • Teamplay: Work alongside Customer Engagement and additional internal functions to build and maintain strong relationships with key-users and other key customer stakeholder
  • Achieving goals: Communicate across all levels of internal (senior) stakeholder such as Sales, Consulting, Global Support or development to ensure that our service level is on target. 
  • The big picture: Drive customer advocacy through case studies and references and support the creation of digital training material 

 

Your profile:

  • Background & experience: Must have proven experience in Accounts Payable or related finance areas, preferably at a multinational company
  • Education: BS/ BA degree in Business, IT, Finance or a comparable education, Master’s degree is a plus
  • Manage complexity: You have a proven track record of quickly grasping complex & technical processes in a finance context
  • Service Mentality: You have a do-anything attitude to provide a stellar customer experience
  • Have an eye for detail: You work well with ambiguity, staying focused, diligent and outcome driven
  • Communication skills: You are fluent in English – verbal and written with ability to build relationships and influence
