About the team:
Our team is dedicated to developing Alevate Bill Pay, an advanced solution that simplifies and automates the bill presentment and payment process. By reducing manual efforts and providing real-time updates, Alevate Bill Pay helps businesses improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize financial operations. Our solution allows for mass sending of digital payment requests, which can be paid online directly from the message, offering customers an intuitive and convenient payment experience. Through our work, we support digital transformation and empower our clients to achieve growth while simplifying complex financial processes.

Your Day to Day:

• Possess and build expert-level knowledge in the Online Payments domain.
• Gather and analyze data to define product specifications, ensuring the solution aligns with the company's overall business goals, vision, and strategy.
• Own the product roadmap, communicate it to stakeholders, and drive delivery.
• As a SCRUM Product Owner, drive the backlog based on a logical progression of delivery.
• Be accountable for meeting release timelines.
• Add input into the roadmap to ensure the right elements are in place for delivering key epics.
• Anticipate future customer needs and use this insight to shape our customer proposition 3-5 years ahead.
• Communicate using appropriate methods, at the appropriate level of detail and formality, while being mindful of cultural differences across countries.

• Knowledge and application of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures in product and project management.
• Ability to interpret and document user requirements, translating them into technical specifications with a focus on customer needs.
• Innovative and creative thinking.
• Willingness to adapt to significant changes in technology or environment.
• Resilience, calmness, and methodical approach in high-pressure situations, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and make effective decisions.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English.
