Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Translates product roadmap to create product and technical requirements and provide clear details and acceptance criteria to development team
  Gather and analyze data to define product specifications
• Collaborate with the development team to clarify requirements and define business requirements to team
• Confirm prototypes align with existing and future requirements
• Keep clear communication lines and relationship with stakeholders and leads to ensure everyone is aligned about features, functionality, and deadlines
• Align with product team to provide clear communication of project status and roadblocks with other members of the team
• Ensure statues of epics and user stories are always kept up to date and dates of epic delivery align with the production schedule
• Develop understanding of application functionality, knowledge of the business domain, and continuously build it towards an expert level
• Understands the market and anticipates future needs of our customers, uses this knowledge to shape our future customer proposition
• Create documentation, manage and anticipate requirements, identify areas of improvement, and help to drive development and implementing solutions
• Interface with internal stakeholders to explain product features and functionality at various levels of technical understanding
• Anticipate and communicate issues, risks, recommendations and strategic approaches with Product, Technology, and Business leads.
• Collaborate with the development team to clarify requirements and define the business requirements to team
• Exhibit strong writing, documentation, communication, and analytical skills. Leverage customer feedback, issue trends, and internal data to identify opportunities for proactive improvements and quality-of-life enhancements in the product.

Your profile:

• You have 5+ years of Product Owner experience in on premise and/or cloud computing
• Ability to facilitate with groups through design and requirements gathering sessions
• Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical teams
• Strong technical writing skills and the ability to present information in various forms (verbal, written, visual)
• Experience with Agile and Product Management methodologies
• Proven ability to interpret data as well as provide insights and potential solutions to internal teams and stakeholders
• Ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder, development and team relationships
• Effective in communicating with cross-functional and distributed teams
• Creative problem solving, attention to detail, and eagerness to continuously learn
• Command over English language, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of financial software solutions, specifically Accounts Payable.
  Certified in SAFe - Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM),.
• CSPO
• Experience in utilizing project management software tools such as JIRA and confluence.
• Some experience in project management
