About the role: 

As one of Serrala Group's Principal Project Manager, manage complete life cycle of large and international projects with focus for NA clients, including initializing, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing. Financial Software implementation at companies in various business areas. 

 

Your Day to Day:

• Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with go-to-to-market plans and requirements from different stakeholders
• Backlog Management: Responsible for managing a prioritized product backlog, writing clear and actionable user stories. Ensure the development team understands the requirements. Continuously refine and optimize the backlog based on user/stakeholder feedback and business priorities.• Sprint Planning: Work closely with the development team in Agile environments to plan sprints, define user stories, and clarify acceptance criteria.
• Day-to-day Development: Involved in the day-to-day activities of the development team, ensuring that the product is being built according to the vision and plan set by the solution owners. Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies.
• Detailed Requirements: Translate the high-level vision and strategy provided by the solution owners into detailed requirements and tasks for the development team.
• Analyze product performance using KPIs, analytics and stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure scalability, security and compliance for customers.

 

What makes you excel in this position: 

Experience: 3+ years of experience as a product owner, product manager, or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development processes.• Experience with product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements.
• Experience with data-driven decision making using analytics tools.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Technical Communication, or a related field.
