Your Day to Day: 

  • Backlog Management: You will manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure clear communication of requirements to the development team.
  • Sprint Planning: Collaborate closely with the development team in Agile environments to plan sprints, define user stories, and clarify acceptance criteria.
  • Day-to-Day Development: Actively engage with the development team to ensure the product is built in alignment with the vision and strategy set by the Product Manager.
  • Domain Expertise: You will develop and deepen your expertise in the Order to Cash and Cash Application domains.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Gather and analyze data to define product specifications and drive informed decision-making.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure the solution aligns with the company's overall business goals, vision, and strategy.
  • SCRUM Product Ownership: As a SCRUM Product Owner, you will guide backlog prioritization to ensure a logical and efficient progression of delivery.
  • Release Management: Oversee the timely delivery of product releases, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively, adapting your approach based on audience, level of detail, and formality.

  

What makes you excel in this position: 

  • 2-5 years of professional experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience and strong expertise in Cash Application automation software.
  • Deep understanding of fundamental concepts, best practices, and procedures in product and project management.
  • Skilled in interpreting and documenting user requirements, translating them into clear specifications while focusing on customer needs.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Highly adaptable to significant changes in technology or environments.
  • Resilient, calm, and methodical under pressure, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and make sound decisions in high-stress situations.
