Delivery Manager, Data and Document Management

Primary Purpose of The Position:
We are looking for a Delivery Manager to lead a team of consultants for implementation projects. The Delivery Manager position is an integral part of the Serrala Corestone (Data and Document Management) team, having to participate in multiple areas and functions of the team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Core duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Prepares and maintains the project plan, then reports progress against the project budget.
- Leads an interdepartmental team to complete assigned projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
- Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.
- Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate).
- Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.
- Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
- Acts as a liaison between Serrala, customers, and vendors.
- Communicates and collaborates with other departments to provide information required to promote and sell new projects or improve existing solutions.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
- Work closely with clients & business representatives to understand their business needs and design plans to solve their DVM issue or requirement.
- Work with the Account Executive during the sales cycle ensuring the DVM requirements are being addressed and are being updated in the SOW or Work Order.
- Implement the chosen solution during pilot or prove of concept phase to learn from it (gather the necessary knowledge) and turn it into a repeatable process for delivery.
- Provide consultant performance feedback to leadership
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Oversees a team of consultants from a project perspective.
- Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints.
Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
- Education and/or Experience – Bachelor’s degree in a related field, which may include Computer Science, Business, or Engineering.
- Technical Experience – Experience with full life cycle project implementation for SAP systems.
- Project Experience - Experience with managing SAP data archiving projects from design to go-live.
- Language Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication skills. As well as interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Analytical Skills –Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to analyze and problem solve. Quickly learn about the products being developed and organize time to meet deadlines.
The requirements listed below are preferred but not required:
- Ideally three years of experience with data and document management. Knowledge of SAP data and table structures, especially with SAP HANA and SAP S/4 HANA technology is highly desirable.
- Certified PMP or Six Sigma
