To achieve this vision, a new formed Center of Excellence based in Pune will comprise strategic solution development in the B2B Cloud Payments with a strong integration into the global development team footprint. In addition, there will be a best-in-class managed services and support team, serving our expanding global customer base.
To help realize this exciting vision, we are looking to fill the following position in our Pune Center of Excellence:


Application Analyst (R-ID: I1908)


Serrala’s focusses on creating and delivering readily available on premise and cloud payments services for its global clients. Having reliable and robust incoming and outgoing payments is key for our clients to run their business. Due to our strong growth we are looking for technical support engineers to support our operational clients with ongoing monitoring and support activities to deliver a top-class service and meet our SLA’s.


Your Responsibilities


  • Provide technical support for cloud and non-cloud based payment solutions and services Analysis and classification of support requests according to the urgency
  • Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels and in accordance with department guidelines
  • Follow up with support requests and quality measures Coordination of requests between internal departments Explain and document technical issues in a clear way to clients
  • Use call logging system to accurately requests and status updates Documentation of new solutions in our knowledge database


Your profile

  • Degree in Information Technology or banker training, IT/technology affinity
  • Knowledge and experience in electronic payments or in technologies dealing with secure data transfer Ideally, expertise in the areas of databases and network technology
  • Experience in Unix, SWIFT, SQL and Application Support. Must be worked on SAP FI Support projects.
  • SAP related modules BCM, Treasury, Cash Management
  • Should have exposure or experience on International Banking and Payments EMEA, Faster & Real Time Payments/API’s/SWIFT
  • Previous support and/or troubleshooting experience is an advantage Should have a problem-solving attitude
    Friendly, strong communication skills, team- and service-oriented
  • Good analytical skills
  • High degree of personal responsibility and commitment Good (English) language and communication skills
