Your Day to Day:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Build, manage, and continuously develop a strong sales pipeline to support revenue targets for the Alevate AP/AR solution, engaging both new and existing customers within the defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Customer-Centric Collaboration: Work closely with partners and the assigned Account Manager to grow the business, ensure seamless collaboration, and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Market Positioning: Support the positioning of Serrala and its solutions through market research, preparation of value-based sales materials, and development of supporting evidence such as ROI analyses and customer references.
- Opportunity Generation & Qualification: Generate, qualify, and advance business opportunities through proactive prospecting activities (social selling, telephone outreach, face-to-face meetings, and partnerships), as well as by converting marketing-qualified leads into sales-ready opportunities.
- Hands-On Sales Execution: Coordinate customer demonstrations, contribute to proposal and tender/RFP responses, and build compelling business cases by clearly articulating customer challenges, Serrala’s differentiation, and financial value propositions.
What makes you excel in this position:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in business, management, or a related field. Previous exposure to sales or enterprise software solutions is an advantage.
- Sales Mindset: Strong interest in sales with the ambition to develop expertise in account planning, prospecting, pipeline management, and opportunity closing.
- Communication Strength: Confident communicator who enjoys engaging with diverse stakeholders and is motivated to further develop strategic selling and presentation skills.
- Self-Starter Mentality: Proactive, curious, and eager to learn, with the ability to grow within a structured training and mentoring environment that values international collaboration.
- Willingness to Travel: Open to traveling approximately 1–2 times per month for key customer and strategic meetings.
- Language Skills: Fluent in German (ideally native speaker) and English.
