Your Day to Day: 

 

  • SAP user support for our national and international customers
  • Handling customer inquiries regarding our software solutions in the area of credit management – including conducting online software analyses with the customer
  • Receiving, resolving, and documenting error reports
  • Configuring our software to meet user requirements
  • Conducting software tests and implementing adjustments

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Completed vocational training in IT or a commercial field, or a relevant university degree
  • Professional experience in the SAP environment; experience in credit management is an advantage
  • Experience as an application supporter is a plus
  • High level of personal responsibility and above-average commitment
  • Strong analytical skills and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
  • Independent, quality- and service-oriented working style
  • Very good German and English skills (C1 level)
