Meet the Team: 

You will be part of a team of four controllers, reporting to the Director Controlling & Procurement. The team holds a key position within the complex Finance Department and acts as a true business consultant towards the Executive Board.

Your Day to Day: 

• Act as a key figure for financial insights by taking responsibility for cost controlling, margin analysis and identifying, evaluating and commenting on operational KPIs.
• You create forecasts, reports and ad-hoc analyses for the business, present these in meetings and build and maintain partnerships with your business stakeholders.
• You participate in the annual business plan and forecast preparation maintaining consistent communication with the respective part of the organization and C-level executives.
• You will lead the month-end close process for specific units and ensure that the financial reports meet the high standards of our stakeholders and shareholders
• As we operate in an international, private equity-backed and growing environment, collaboration in project controlling and the management of strategic initiatives round off your area of responsibility:
• Managing global sales controlling, including commission calculation.
• Maintaining consistent communication with the sales organization and C-level executives
