Senior Demand Generation Manager, North America

About the role:
As a Senior Demand Generation (Growth Marketing) Manager, you'll be part of our global digital and demand generation team, focusing on growth in North America. You'll develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads/high-intent accounts, build pipelines, and drive revenue. You love data, testing new ideas, and finding smart ways to optimize digital acquisition channels. You also enjoy working across different teams and markets, bringing a global perspective while tailoring strategies to the region. Core duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Drive growth in North America: Develop and execute digital acquisition campaigns that bring in high-quality leads/high-intent accounts and fuel our pipeline.
- Digital campaign execution: Lead and optimize paid media strategies, including display advertising, paid search, affiliates, social media ads, and programmatic advertising to maximize ROI.
- Experiment and optimize: Test new strategies, analyze data, and refine campaigns to improve performance.
- Collaborate globally: Work with our global marketing functions (brand, design, content marketing, field marketing), sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
- Marketing & sales alignment: Partner with sales teams to improve lead/account quality, increase conversions, and enhance the buyer journey.
- Leverage tech & data: Use marketing automation tools, CRM systems (Pardot, Marketo, Salesforce), and analytics platforms to track and optimize performance.
- Manage budget & performance: Ensure marketing investments deliver strong ROI and support company growth.
- Other duties as assigned.
What makes you excel in this position:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
- Education : Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or other related fields.
- 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or finance automation.
- Expertise in digital growth: this is a must for you to succeed in this role. You will have a strong understanding of paid media, display ads, search engine marketing (SEM), affiliate marketing, and programmatic advertising.
- Hands-on: this role is about getting things done, so you must love rolling up your sleeves to make this happen at a fast pace.
- Data-driven & analytical: your day-to-day will involve looking at data, using data, identifying patterns and finding an edge - on repeat. You will use data to make decisions, spot trends, and improve performance.
- Organized & process-oriented: we like good planning, so you naturally bring structure, create order, and streamline workflows.
- Global mindset, regional focus: You understand how to adapt global strategies for local markets. You represent the voice of your market.
- Tech-savvy: Experience with marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
- Customer-centric: Passion for understanding the buyer journey and creating engaging experiences.
- A big plus is being an Excel pro: we'd love someone who is a whiz in Excel. While it's not a must for the role (we do have experts in-house), you'd feel at home if you are experienced in pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.
- Languages: You must be business fluent in English, and a second European language is a big plus
Salary Range
United States: USD 80,000 - 100,000
Canada: CAD 110,000-140,000
The above annual base salary range represents a general guideline for the low and high end of the pay range for this position. However, the actual salary offered will be determined on various factors including but not limited to location, job-related skills, experience, relevant education, training as well as market and business considerations.
