What makes you excel in this position:
- Proven expertise in Serrala's product suite or equivalent enterprise financial software solutions.
- Strong understanding of solution architecture, implementation methodologies, and customer-specific development.- Experience in defining functional requirements and contributing to product roadmaps.
- Familiarity with UAT processes, go-live support, and post-implementation handover.
- Ability to support sales processes with technical input and product demonstrations.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in consulting and software implementation
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in consulting, solution implementation, or product development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and mentor junior team members.- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive collaboration across departments.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in coaching and developing talent within the organisation.
- High level of autonomy, accountability, and ownership in delivering results.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
