About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and strategic Sr. Regional Campaign Manager to own the regional demand generation strategy and drive pipeline growth across the North American region.

This is a high-visibility role that acts as the primary marketing point of contact for regional Sales and BDR leaders. You'll be the quarterback for all go-to-market (GTM) activity in your region-aligning campaigns to business priorities, collaborating across functions, and ensuring every program is designed to convert.

You'll work closely with Product Marketing, Digital, Content, PR, and Marketing Ops to develop and execute integrated campaigns that address local market needs. You’ll also manage a Regional Marketing Manager, providing direction and oversight to ensure seamless execution and operational excellence. While supported by the Regional Marketing Manager, who handles logistics and tracking, you are responsible for planning, performance, and pipeline management.

Your Day to Day:

  • Regional Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and lead the regional demand generation plan in alignment with business goals and revenue targets
    • Define key audience segments, buyer personas, funnel objectives, and messaging strategy for your region in partnership with Product Marketing
    • Manage and mentor a Regional Marketing Manager who supports campaign logistics and execution; ensure alignment with strategic priorities and drive their professional growth
    • Own campaign planning sessions with GTM stakeholders, including Product Marketing, Sales, Content, and Digital
    • Stay close to the market-monitor regional trends, competitor activity, and local opportunities
    • Manage and optimize your regional marketing budget, ensuring ROI-positive allocation and clear reporting
  • Campaign Leadership & Execution
    • Own the full campaign lifecycle-from planning to launch to retrospective
    • Lead the campaign briefing process for digital, content, and creative teams
    • Drive channel strategy in partnership with the Digital team, including paid, email, ABM, and webinars
    • Build and distribute campaign-in-a-box kits to Sales and BDR teams, ensuring outbound alignment
    • Manage local vendors, partners, and sponsorships that support regional brand awareness and demand generation
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization
    • Define campaign KPIs including MQLs, CPL, conversion rates, and pipeline impact
    • Partner with Marketing Ops to track and report performance through dashboards and attribution tools
    • Lead weekly campaign reviews with regional stakeholders-surfacing wins, gaps, and pivots
    • Use insights to continuously test, learn, and optimize the regional campaign strategy
  • Other duties as assigned.

What Success Looks Like:

  • You consistently meet or exceed MQL, PQO, and pipeline goals for your region.
  • Sales and BDR teams see you as a trusted partner, not just a campaign executor.
  • Campaigns are tailored to the region's needs, with clear messaging and smart targeting.
  • You proactively identify what's working and what's not-and adjust quickly.
  • Marketing is seen as a growth driver and strategic contributor to regional success.

What makes you excel in this position:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, campaign strategy, or regional field marketing
  • Proven track record owning pipeline targets, campaign strategy, and budget allocation
  • Experience leading integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable impact
  • Comfortable interfacing with Sales, BDRs, Product Marketing, and Marketing Ops at a senior level
  • Hands-on experience with key tools like Marketo/HubSpot/Pardot, Salesforce, Asana, and Zoom/ON24
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Background in fintech or SaaS is a plus
