Your Day to Day: 

• You are an indispensable part of our consulting team and have knowledge of a wide range of SAP-integrated solutions with which you can advise and coordinate our customers in cross-solution projects in a targeted and competent manner.
• As senior manager you are not only responsible for the Productivity of your team, but also for their skill and career development. It is your task to plan resources and lead your team with appropriate career development.
• You ensure that governance rules, processes and best practices are implemented within your team.
• You will handle your own projects in accordance with budget and schedule and carry out project audits to improve quality and standards.
• In addition, you have the opportunity to coordinate with the Practice Lead on new concepts and the implementation of other topics at any time.

What makes you excel in this position: 

• Methodical handling of consulting projects is your passion.
• You have strong process know-how, and you have successfully completed multiple full-cycle software implementations, ideally in the SAP FI space.
• You have a passion for leading a team and supporting your team members' professional growth.
• You enjoy developing and maintaining (international) long-term customer relationships.
• If you also have strong communication, presentation and moderation skills, love working in a team and are willing to represent Serrala internationally, we are just waiting to get to know you!
