• Drive clarity on functional and technical requirements, proactively identifying dependencies and risks, and communicating them effectively to stakeholders.
• Contribute to solution design and architecture by producing and owning technical design documentation, conducting impact analyses, and supporting overall solutioning activities.
• Create design stories and proof of concepts (POCs) by applying established design patterns, deployment knowledge, and in-depth technical analysis.
• Break down user stories into well-defined development (sub-)tasks, estimate effort, define tentative timelines, and identify dependencies, seeking guidance where required.
• Develop clean, efficient, secure, and maintainable code in line with defined coding standards and best practices, ensuring solutions are production-ready.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation and validate acceptance criteria before handing over deliverables to Quality Assurance.
• Actively participate in the agile development process, including all agile ceremonies (e.g. refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Ensure proper documentation and tracking of work items in Jira in accordance with defined standards (Definition of Ready, Definition of Done).
• Collaborate closely with team members by sharing knowledge, offering and seeking support, and contributing to a respectful and inclusive team culture.
• Complete all required training and mentoring activities, actively seek feedback, and take ownership of personal and professional development through self-study and participation in team, department, and company initiatives.
