About the role:

Enhance your Expertise with Serrala's FS2 Suite: Join us to innovate across the FS2 product suite, starting with FS2 Collections - a forefront AI-driven tool enhancing debt collection and dispute management.

As Software Developer at Serrala, you will design, develop, and deliver high quality modules that meet customer expectations, and your expertise will improve the future of financial technology. 

Your Day to Day:

• Requirement Analysis: Analyze requirements, design solutions together with the product owner, clarify and communicate dependencies.
• Solutioning/Designing: Engage in and own the technical design process, including documentation, impact analysis and proof of concept creation.
• Execution Excellence: Break down user stories, set timelines, write clean and efficient code, maintain documentation, and ensure readiness for production.
• Business Agility: Actively engage in agile practices.
• Collaboration: Drive and collaborate actively in initiatives on organization level, mentor junior team members.

What makes you excel in this position:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experienced in the design and development of business applications.
• 5+ years of work experience with ABAP-OO, OData, REST.
• 2+ years of work experience with SAPUI5 Freestyle Apps and FIORI Elements Apps.
• Experience with the ABAP RESTful Application Programming model (RAP).
• Proficient in creating and managing CDS views, business objects, and data modeling using Core Data Services.
• Skilled in defining and implementing behaviors in both managed and unmanaged scenarios.

Nice to have skills

• Knowledge of SAP Clean-Core Principles.
• Exposure to SAP Financial modules would be highly beneficial
• Strong communication skills in English
• Working experience in AGILE environments is an advantage.
