About the role:
In this role, you'll partner with the Go-To-Market and Product teams to drive the success of our Cloud software solutions, focusing on the DACH and EMEA regions. You will manage the sales cycle from a Pre-Sales perspective, taking ownership from opportunity qualification through to contract finalization.


Your Day to Day:

  • Take charge of pre-sales activities around Invoice Processing, including Accounts Payable and Document Capturing.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support customer engagement activities and events.
  • Assist in creating and responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and similar opportunities for Serrala's international clients.
  • Prepare and lead customer demos and assessment workshops.
  • Represent Serrala at industry conferences and relevant events, showcasing our solutions.
  • Continuously improve pre-sales processes, presentations, and demos to ensure alignment with customer needs.
  • Lead webinars, conferences, and other presentations to engage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and deepen your market and product knowledge to stay informed about Serrala, ERPs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Share insights and knowledge with Sales and Implementation teams to drive success across functions.


What makes you excel in this position:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A strong understanding of general P2P, Accounts Payable, Document Management processes, and vendor payments is key to success in this role.
  • Proven experience in Management Consultancy or IT sectors, either as a Pre-Sales Consultant or an Implementation Services Consultant, or direct experience in AP or finance departments.
  • A solid understanding of invoice processing, including approvals, E-Invoicing, Data Capturing, Artificial Intelligence, and Reporting tools.
  • An IT or consultancy background with strong expertise in cloud/SaaS solutions.
  • Experience with ERP systems and ERP integration (AR, AP, General Accounting) is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to articulate technical details clearly.
  • Motivated and self-driven, with a strong desire to take ownership of your work and contribute to a team-driven environment.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel (approximately 20-30%) to meet the needs of the role and support customer engagements.
