Meet the Team:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Social Media Manager to lead our global organic and paid social media programs. This role is responsible for driving brand visibility, audience engagement, and demand generation-starting with LinkedIn and expanding into platforms like YouTube, Meta, Reddit, and other high-impact channels relevant to our B2B audience.
You'll partner closely with content, campaign, brand, and marketing operations teams to deliver best-in-class programs that fuel pipeline and elevate Serrala's presence across social media.
This role blends strategic thinking with tactical execution. You'll own the global paid social budget, manage platform growth, track full-funnel performance through Salesforce, and continuously test and optimize to maximize ROI.
Your Day to Day:
Strategy & Channel Leadership
- Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of organic and paid social media, starting with LinkedIn.
- Develop a roadmap to scale into new platforms like YouTube, Meta, and Reddit based on audience and industry insights.
- Partner with SEO, content, and brand to ensure channel messaging is aligned and effective.
Paid Social Campaign Management
- Build and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn, YouTube Ads, and Meta Ads to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead/pipeline generation.
- Run A/B tests, manage UTM tracking, and continuously refine targeting and creative based on performance.
- Own the global paid social budget: pacing, optimization, and ROI tracking across all platforms.
Funnel & Performance Reporting
- Track campaign influence on MQLs, pipeline, and revenue by monitoring Salesforce and campaign dashboards.
- Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting in collaboration with Marketing Operations, surfacing actionable insights.
- Identify funnel drop-offs or anomalies and work with Sales and Marketing Operations to address performance gaps.
YouTube SEO & Content Discovery
- Optimize YouTube content for discovery and engagement using metadata, keywords, thumbnails, playlists, and tagging.
- Partner with SEO and content teams to align on performance goals and ensure best practices are followed.
Content Planning & Community Management
- Collaborate with content, GTM, and campaign teams to plan and publish engaging social content tailored to each platform.
- Own social media calendars and posting schedules.
- Actively manage communities-respond to comments, monitor mentions, and drive conversations that build brand credibility.
Sales & BDR Enablement
- Partner with Sr. Regional Campaign Managers to equip Sales and BDR teams with templates and playbooks to amplify reach via employee advocacy.
- Provide best practices, post ideas, and training to ensure consistent and aligned messaging across regions.

- Organic and paid social content drives meaningful engagement, lead volume, and pipeline contribution.
- LinkedIn becomes a top-performing channel, with successful expansion into new platforms.
- Paid campaigns are cost-effective, on-brand, and optimized for performance.
- Social media performance is clearly tracked and reported, from top-of-funnel engagement to revenue influence.
- Sales and BDR teams are empowered to use social as an outbound channel.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing organic and paid social media in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Proven success launching and scaling LinkedIn marketing programs, with growing expertise on platforms like YouTube, Reddit, and Meta.
- Deep knowledge of YouTube SEO: keyword strategy, thumbnails, metadata optimization, and video analytics.
- Strong understanding of social and funnel metrics, and experience interpreting Salesforce data to improve performance.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, and social tools like Sprout Social or Hootsuite.
- Skilled in A/B testing, UTM tracking, and campaign analytics.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English (native or near-native preferred).
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Pardot is a plus.
- Additional languages such as German, French, or Spanish are a plus.
- Experience in fintech or enterprise B2B software is a plus.
