About the role:

• Build and enhance a SAAS product used by numerous corporations and companies worldwide.
• Solve complex problems with cross-functional teams, identify root causes, and deliver practical, creative solutions.
• Engage in the design, implementation, and maintain scalable, high-performing systems.
• Develop high-quality SAAS services using the Microsoft stack working with the Azure ecosystem (Azure Functions, Services, Queues, ML, AI), MongoDB.
• Advocate for software development best practices, community standards, and guidelines, to keep up the code quality and maintainability.

What makes you excel in this position: 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 5+ years of senior-level .NET development experience, targeting performance, scalability, and maintainability. 
• Architecture with the team, the best approaches of what would fit within the solutions future.
• Expertise in C# and the .NET Framework, with experience building multi-threaded, scalable solutions.
• Apply technical and industry knowledge in bringing creative and effective solutions with an excellent problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Contribute in engineering discussions, push for innovation and collaboration in a highly engaged multi-functional team that values proactivity and creativity.
• Deep understanding in the Azure ecosystem (focusing on Functions, Services, and Queues) and MongoDB.
• Hands-On experience with MongoDB profiling, modeling, patterns, and performance experience.
• Familiarity with automation in GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps and the Azure ecosystem for CI/CD workflows.
• Nice to have frontend experience around Angular and Syncfusion, Machine Learning and AI models.
• Keen eye on continuous learning in architectural approaches, scaling, domain-driven, functional programming, performance-related topics, and community involvement.
