About the Role

At Capture Team, we are reshaping financial automation by eliminating manual work and process inefficiencies in accounts receivable, payables, and reconciliation workflows. Our SaaS platform processes millions of financial documents, extracting critical data in real-time using an AI-powered core, NLP, and ML models.
With this, we have achieved high throughput, scalability, and consistently high extraction accuracy, seamlessly communicating with numerous customers and multiple in-house products.
Every engineer is more than just writing code—they actively shape the architecture, decision-making, and AI/ML workflows. Whether it’s optimizing large-scale data pipelines, working with ML models, enhancing API performance, or designing fault-tolerant systems, our team continuously pushes the boundaries of financial automation.

Your Day to Day: 
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:

• Design & build scalable, high-performance SaaS applications used by global enterprises.
• Solve complex engineering problems, working with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and create innovative solutions.
• Develop services & APIs using .NET, C#, and Azure technologies (Functions, Services, Queues, ML, AI).
• Enhance and optimize our core data processing pipelines, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, advocate for best practices, and help define the future of our product.
• Champion engineering excellence, sharing knowledge with teammates and improving development workflows (Processes, CI/CD, DevOps).
   

What makes you excel in this position: 

• 5+ years of experience in .NET development, with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Deep knowledge of C# and .NET Core, with experience in multi-threaded, distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing highly available cloud-based solutions on Azure.
• Experience working on an impactful SaaS product that powers enterprise automation and delivers actionable insights and alternative solutions.
• Strong knowledge of the Azure Ecosystem (Functions, Services) or Cloud Ecosystems, MongoDB, and scalable architectures.
• Bonus Points if You Have
• Exposure to Machine Learning models, data processing, or AI-powered automation.
• Experience in GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation.
• Optional familiarity with Angular, Syncfusion, or frontend technologies.
