About the role

Partner with the Sales and Product teams in selling proven P2P & Data and Document Management/Archiving software solutions, with a focus on North America. Manage the sales cycle from a Pre-Sales perspective, from qualification of an opportunity until contracting.

Core duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Responsible for all applicable tasks in customer pre-sales activities
  • Support Sales and Implementation teams by providing technical expertise and knowledge, conducting solution demonstrations and meetings.
  • Support RFP (request of proposal) replies to international customer base
  • Prepare and conduct Customer Demos and Assessment Workshops
  • Represent Serrala on industry fairs and conferences
  • Update/improve pre-sales processes, procedures, demos & presentations
  • Conduct presentations (Webinars, Conferences, etc.) to internal as well as external users
  • Build up market and product knowledge (Serrala, Competition, other) with the objective to represent Serrala’s thought leadership roles in the North American market
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

What makes you excel in this position: 

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in IT / Business Administration (Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Finance)
  • Minimum 7 years of experience working with SAP systems, specifically with SAP P2P, Accounts Payable, and Document Management processes.
  • Strong understanding of general P2P, Accounts Payable, and Document Management processes, including data capturing, invoicing, invoice processing, approvals, and reporting.
  • Experience with implementing/developing/supporting IT solutions in one or more of the following areas: Accounts Payable, Payments, and/or P2P, Data Capturing
  • Strong understanding of SAP and SAP BTP, architecture, basis, and processes
  • Good knowledge of other ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, and others)
  • Proven experience within the Management Consultancy or IT Sectors, working as a Pre-Sales Consultant or as an Implementation Services Consultant. Alternatively, practitioner experience in IT or business departments.
    Fluent in English; further languages appreciated
  • Strong analytical and communication skills and attention to detail

 

Salary Range 

United States: 108,000-135,000

Canada: CAD 147,000-183,000

 

The above annual base salary range represents a general guideline for the low and high end of the pay range for this position. However, the actual salary offered will be determined on various factors including but not limited to location, job-related skills, experience, relevant education, training as well as market and business considerations.
