Meet the Team:

Reporting to the Director of NA Marketing, you will be the trusted partner across NA sales and marketing and lead the efforts to lay the ABM foundation.

About the role:

You will be responsible for building programs that drive repeatable, scalable, and predictable new business pipeline. To be successful in this role, you have a proven track record of managing an ABM program in a high-growth environment, building target account lists, measuring account penetration and other ABM metrics, and meeting revenue targets.  


As the Senior Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager of North America, you will support the development and execution of targeted ABM campaigns, assist with key aspects of campaign planning, and aid with the research needed for key account planning and management.   


Your Day to Day:

Core duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following 

  • Develop data-driven marketing strategies and integrated campaigns that successfully engage key contacts at target accounts and ultimately generate and accelerate sales opportunities.  
  • Develop and execute compelling ABM strategy and programs that successfully engage target accounts, moving them effectively through the buyer's journey to drive pipeline and revenue.  
  • Understand the buyers within target enterprise accounts – pain points, demographics, and how they buy.  
  • Work closely with Account Executives and BDRs to create and execute 1:1 and 1: few campaign strategies that drive new business pipelines.  
  • Create 1: many campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, leads, and other outcomes.  
  • Build out and then obsess over ABM metrics and optimize for performance.  
  • Run experiments, track performance, and continually optimize campaigns to build and scale a highly efficient ABM program.  
  • In partnership with sales - Identify, build, and maintain the target accounts list.  
  • Execute campaigns through an ABM platform and social media.   
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Sales team – ensuring a constant feedback loop and incorporating insights  
  • Develop and maintain a database of target accounts and contacts to ensure campaigns are targeted to the right people.  
  • Develop and provide bi-weekly campaign execution reporting to ensure alignment, collaboration, and follow-up on leads with ABM 1:1 and 1:few marketers.  
  • Create reports and/or gather data on programmatic Account-Based campaigns and unique account-specific tactics for a targeted accounts list.  
  • Collaborate with peers to align ABM campaigns with other ongoing online/offline initiatives.  
  • Support execution of virtual and physical events that are ABM focused.   
  • Maintain and update project plans and tasks in collaboration tools like Asana or Smartsheet. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required: 

Minimum Qualifications  

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • 5-7 years in ABM-focused demand generation for a B2B organization targeting Enterprise-level prospects.  
  • Experienced in onboarding and managing ABM programs and tech stack such as Demandbase, 6sense, or equivalent.  
  • Strong knowledge of campaign optimization practices.  
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana/Smartsheet  
  • Strong communicator and collaborator, with experience working directly with Account Executives and BDRs to create and execute account targeting strategies.  
  • Expert in end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement  
  • Highly data driven and performance minded.  
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data, generate insights and translate it into actionable changes.  
  • Master at developing, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused ABM demand programs and campaigns.

  • Someone that has an eye for creative designs and messaging  
  • Detail-oriented and organized  
  • Have experience with intent data tools such as ZoomInfo, Bombora, or Madison Logic  
  • Familiarity with Marketo, Salesforce, Salesloft, and Power BI  
  • Experience in building a marketing & sales funnel  
  • Work experience in B2B Fintech focused on account-based audiences with complex sales cycles  
  • Thrive on getting things done
