About the role:

Sparring & Strategy Development: You will be an active member of the strategy team, act as an important sparring partner for our management team, and be closely involved in defining and evolving our commercial and product strategy; as such you will have to take an end-to-end view of our value chain, from the management of our solution portfolio and R&D priorities to the optimization our go-to-market approaches.
Project Management: You will drive strategic projects to execute on our growth strategy across our products and commercial organization.

Organizational Development: Focusing on our commercial and product management functions, you will help the teams develop their processes and toolsets further to deliver against our strategic ambition.
Business Case Development: You will have a leading role in developing business cases and defining appropriate targets for new strategic initiatives and investments.
Due diligence & integration support: In close collaboration with the wider Serrala commercial, technology and products organization, you will define and confirm value hypothesis in D&D process with potential acquisition targets and prepare for subsequent integrations; after successful acquisitions you may lead post-merger integration initiatives end-to-end.
Post-merger integration: You take a leading role in managing the post-merger integration process across workstreams to create long-term value from acquisitions.

 

What makes you excel in this position:

Convincing Background: You have a degree in Technology or Business and work experience in high growth settings and/or top tier management consulting with relevant experience in M&A, strategy development and execution; in particular you have a proven track record conducting Commercial Due Diligence and post-merger integration in Fintech or B2B-SaaS environments.
Passion for FinTech and SaaS: You enjoy international, high growth environments in the software space, especially when it comes to shaping and execution of product and commercial strategies• Project talent: You have the ability to structure and manage complex projects and processes with multiple stakeholders while utilizing your excellent organizational, conceptual and people skills.
Hands-on mentality: You combine a pragmatic and results-oriented working style with the passion and flexibility to go the extra mile when necessary.
Bridge builder: You can interact across multiple levels within the organization, are able to engage confidently with senior, board-level stakeholders, and are able to convince colleagues of your ideas; you have experience and feel confident regularly engaging with private equity investors.
