About the role

This is a part-time position in our Serrala Treasury Services function. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and expanding their knowledge of and experience with treasury business requirements and the SAP Treasury solution. The Support Consultant strives to add the maximum value to client implementations through personal knowledge and performance, and by helping others in the organization succeed.

Core duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Communication/Support – A Support Consultant must have the ability to clearly communicate knowledge and deliverables in the support of the client, other team members, and project leadership. These are key skills required to successfully support projects and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Execution – A Support Consultant will provide direct billable services; typically, 95% to 100% of available billable time (which in normal circumstances excludes holidays and paid time off), depending upon assigned secondary responsibilities.

 

 

What makes you excel in this position: 

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with, typically, a minimum of three years of field experience with SAP Treasury, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must possess strong personal performance and have proficient cross-functional knowledge of both treasury business requirements and the SAP Treasury solution. Additionally, Senior Consultants possess advanced knowledge in a minimum of two key treasury business areas and two key SAP treasury areas.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with treasury and delivery of our related professional services.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and- governmental regulations. Ability to write technical reports, professional business correspondence, technical manuals, and procedure documentation. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference as well as the fundamentals of plane/solid geometry and trigonometry. Must be able to demonstrate a proficiency in applying these concepts to achieve practical technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of database software, design software, development software, internet software, contact management systems, project management software, spreadsheet software, and word processing software.

 

Salary Range 

United States: USD 70-90 per hour

 

The above annual base salary range represents a general guideline for the low and high end of the pay range for this position. However, the actual salary offered will be determined on various factors including but not limited to location, job-related skills, experience, relevant education, training as well as market and business considerations.
