Customer Success Training & Knowledge Specialist (m/f/d) 

 

Your tasks:

  • Customer Focus: You work closely with our global customer engagement team to identify common knowledge gaps on key-user level for our most relevant products.
  • Teamwork: You collaborate with internal stakeholder from Product Management, Consulting, Support and Product Success to collect “best of” Serrala content and to coordinate the creation of additional customer facing content that boost product adoption and success for our customers.
  • To-the-point: You align with Marketing to ensure that the content we provide is to the point and in line with our CI.
  • Delivery: You engage with our global customer base and host 1:1 and 1:n training sessions yourself to bring basic concepts around our software across to our customer base.

 

Your profile:

  • Background & experience: Must have 3+ years professional experience with exposure to one or more of the following disciplines: consulting, research and analysis, knowledge management, marketing and/or project management.
  • Education: BS/ BA degree in Business, IT, Finance or a comparable training, Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Manage complexity: You have a proven track record of quickly grasping complex & technical processes, ideally in a B2B and/or finance environment.
  • Work Attitude: you are attentive to detail and very organized. You’re known for your high-quality work.
