Working Student (Sales OPS) 

About the Role

As a Working Student (Sales Operations), you will support our Sales Operations team in ensuring high data quality and smooth orchestration of global sales opportunities. You will play an important role behind the scenes by maintaining data accuracy, following up on missing information, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our sales processes.
This is a non-customer-facing role, ideal for students who enjoy working with data, systems, and cross-functional collaboration in an international environment.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities

General Support

• Support the orchestration of global sales opportunities and check data for completeness and reasonability
• Assist the Sales Operations team with day-to-day operational tasks

Communication & Follow-ups

• Proactively communicate with internal stakeholders to follow up on missing data or documents
• Ensure timely updates and smooth information flow across teams

Data Quality & Innovation

• Support data cleansing and data maintenance activities in our sales systems
• Contribute to ensuring high-quality standards in Sales Operations processes
• Actively support continuous improvements and innovative approaches within the team

Independent Work

• Work independently and proactively on assigned tasks
• Take ownership of your topics and manage them in a structured and reliable way

Your Profile

Education

Enrolled at a university in Germany, ideally studying Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Looking for a hands-on working student role alongside your studies

Experience & Technical Affinity

First experience with Salesforce / Sales Cloud is a plus
No prior experience required – we will train you

Skills & Mindset

High level of initiative and curiosity for new topics
Structured, detail-oriented, and goal-focused working style
Ability to work independently and reliably in a dynamic environment

Communication

Fluent German and good English skills
Comfortable communicating with internal stakeholders

Hourly salary of 15–16 EUR
