Team:
As a member of the Product Marketing Manager team, you will be immersed in a range of pivotal activities, aligning closely with our company's overarching goals and strategies.
Your Day to Day:
- Market Research & Analysis: Support the team in analyzing target markets, competitors, and industry trends to strengthen our market positioning.
- Content Creation: Assist in developing engaging marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and leaflets.
- Translation Coordination: Responsible for handling translation requests for all Product Marketing content.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Support: Help coordinate product and feature launches by organizing tasks, gathering input from stakeholders, and supporting GTM plans.
- Sales Enablement: Contribute to the creation of training resources and sales materials to help internal teams better understand and position our products.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with colleagues from Product Management, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales across various projects and initiatives.
What makes you excel in this position:
- Education: You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (at least in your third semester) or a Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Interest in Software & B2B Marketing: You are eager to learn more about B2B SaaS, particularly in the financial software space.
- Initial Experience: You have already gained relevant experience through an internship or working student position in marketing, product management, or product marketing.
- Tech-Savvy: You are confident using tools like PowerPoint and Excel, and ideally have experience with collaboration tools such as Asana, Confluence, or Jira.
- Languages: English at C1 level is required; German is highly desirable.
- Project Management: You are capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
- Proactive & Curious: You enjoy learning new things, taking initiative, and contributing your ideas.
- Organized & Reliable: You manage tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and stay detail-oriented.
